Method of Preparation

1) Heat 3 tablespoons oil and splutter mustard seeds. Chopped small onion, ginger, and green chilies together with curry leaves are put and saute it for some time.

2) Add water as required. Put salt for taste and scrapped coconut and then boil it. Put 1 cup Ajmi Freshmade TM Roasted Rava (Uppuma Rava) and stir well so as to prevent forming lumps.

3) Lower the flame and put a lid and heat for 5-10 minutes. Then add 2 teaspoon ghee and stir well. Tasty Ajmi
