Aval Muesli

Nourish the Aval with fruit pieces (Apple, Banana, cherry etc.) cashew nuts and raisins. Add boiled milk and sugar and serve hot.


Aval Unda

To 1 cup (200 g) of Aval powder add ½ cup (100 g) of powdered sugar and 1 cup (200 g) of coconut gratings in a vessel and mix throughly untill soft. Make small balls out of the soft dough Garnish with Raisins, Cashew nut, Cherry (if needed)


Aval Vilayichathu

Dissolve 1 cup (200g of jaggery in 1 cup (200 m) of water and heat till it thickens. Add 1 cup (200 g) of Aval, ½ cup (100 g) of coconut gratings in to it. Add fried coconut slices, cashew nuts & raisins for taste.
