Method of preparation:

Mix 1v cup (300ml) of water and 1 cup (200g of swad pod in a mixie for 1 minute to make a lump free batter. Keep aside for 10-12 hours at room temperature (25ec).Add salt to taste just before preperation and pour the batter into Dosa steamer and make delicious Dosa. (Fermentation period may vary according to the room temperature (25°C).


This packet is sufficient for making approximately 30 Dosas.
