Method of preparation:

Mix 1 1/2 cup (300ml) of water and 1 cup (200g of Swad ldli podi in a mixie for 1 minute to make a lump free batter, Keep aside for 10-12 hours at room temperature (25 C), add salt to taste just Before preparation and pour the batter into ldli steamer and make Delicious ldll. (Fermentation period may vary according to the Room temperature (25°C)).
