Method of preparation:

step 1. Mix 4-5 table spoon of swad appam podi with 1/4 cup of water,boll til lit becomes a thick pulp, Grind 1/2 a coconut, a pich of cumin and 1.2 small onions.

Step 2. Add the pulp, ground items, 5-6 glass of water and a pinch of yeast to 1/2 kg swad appam podi. Mix well to make a smooth batter; keep aside for 10-12 hrs.

Step 3. Add required salt and make tasty appams.
